I came in to see Skyler Hancock because of a bad cold that has been persistent and not wanting to go away and the appointment turned into an “your fat. That’s the reason for all of your problems” appointment. And yes I know I’m overweight, but I came in for a bad cold, viruses don’t just attack fat people. They attack skinny people too. So there was no reason to continuing to bring up my weight in the rude demeaning way that he was. I came in as a new patient because I amnew to this area and was looking for a new doctor and I am still looking for a new doctor. The medical staff was incompetent too, not being able to do a simple blood draw making me have to come back on Monday when the phlebotomist was in. The only plus to this place was that they are open on Saturdays.

Michelle Dahle, Elyse Lake and Dr.Steve Larsen get Five stars from me, the clinic gets 2-3.I have been a patient of this clinic for over 15 years. I love the providers, which keeps me coming back when insurance allows.But, the wait times are long. I am an MA myself, and I get it, Clinic runs behind sometimes, but this is *every* time.I have always hesitated to leave a bad review because the providers have treated me very well. I've often said they are well worth the wait. I won't talk bad about their MAs either, they work hard.But there have been A LOT of mistakes when sending medications to my pharmacy (Wrong pharmacy, neglecting to send Meds due for refills, etc)But today, when I called to reschedule an appointment, I was interrupted and hung up on by a receptionist, before i could even mention I wanted to reschedule. Keep in mind, this appointment had already been rescheduled BY the clinic, at a time I could not attend.I think that is the last straw for me. It makes me sad.

I was scheduled with Abigail Spainhower for mental health. Right off the bat she comes in the room and basically said I can't help you, i dont know you, you need to be referred. She didn't show no sympathy. Her facial expression seemed like she didn't care. Basically as if I'm lying. I don't think she realizes that she has to be gentle with people who need mental health. That's why we go to the doctors to get help! I never felt acknowledged by her and when the appointment was over she stood by the door and said my stuff has been scanned and it's at the front. She didn't say anything else. Was my appointment done? It seems like she was in a rush and wanted to go finish her lunch. I would not recommend anyone to go to her. Worst service I ever received. Doctors and NP need to care for patients, listen to them and comfort them. That is the big reason why people with mental health commit suicide because they don't get the help or feel valued. I did not get that from "Abigail the NP" at all. She needs training and bedside manners.

Thank you for being open on Saturdays. Sometimes that's very difficult to get work off. My job is not typical. And I'm grateful for Dr Stevens. He is a wonderful doctor and he gets right to the point he knows what he's doing and we appreciate him.

The staff are very personable and I was impressed that after being disconnected when I called, they called back immediately. Dr. Decker is always communicative and down to earth which makes the appointments much more comfortable. I’ve been really pleased with my experiences with this clinic.
