FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK! THIS PLACE IS JUST BEYOND HORRIBLE, I TELL THE EMPLOYEE I WANT A SATIVA, THEY END UP RECOMMENDING A HYBRID, IF I WANTED A HYBRID I'D ASK FOR A HYBRID!! YOU CAN CLEARLY TELL EMPLOYEE'S DO NOT CARE AND HOW POORLY THIS BUSINESS IS BEING RAN. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, THERE IS PLENTY OF AMAZING DISPENSARIES IN DTLA THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Manager/budtender was knowledgeable, until my card didn’t work and in midst of jumbled transaction somehow my half ounce of jelly donut was left at store. I paid almost three hundred for 2 1/8 of flower and 2 carts with a preroll. Manager “hadn’t run a card” from the station, and failed transaction twice only to bring up some sketch service I’ve never seen used. After failing again, resorted to using cash from ATM. Manager selected “best looking bag” capped me up about it, sold to me and then didn’t put it in bag I now find. Not sure if it’s a scam or just an idiot, but likely both. A free preroll for “patience” isnt worth getting ripped off a half ounce. Close this place, if 10th graders don’t make these mistakes selling bags, management at a downtown dispensary shouldn’t either.

Went in to buy a disposable stiiizy and when I got home, I realized they sold me a stiiizy pod. I called and asked if I can return it. Keep in mind I didn't open it, and I was told I can't return it. So now I have a stiiizy pod with no battery. Super annoying. Definitely not coming back.

I had a wonderful experience at Buddha Co. Sarah led me into the shop with her incredible customer service. She told me about the shop on her break and I decided to shop with Buddha. She assured me they had great products at great prices. Aside from the friendly people, the prices are the best part, something for everyone. I don’t like uppidy shops. I will shop again. Thanks again Sarah for hookin it up.
