We cannot recommend this center enough! We fell absolutely in love with Bright Horizons Yale West Campus from our tour. Our son started care at 10 weeks of age. After having worked in the childcare filed for many years my standard were high. This center matched and exceeded what we were looking for in a center. The curriculum is diverse and enriching , the community& safety are top notch and communication with the administration and staff if in real time. Our son has such a bond with his teachers it makes going to work each day a little easier knowing he is in the best of hands.If you are looking for a child care center this is certainly the best choice.

We have had both of our children attend Bright Horizons at Yale West Campus and if we had another, we would be overjoyed to be able to send them as well. In fact, after my job location changed, there are many child care centers closer to my work environment, but we have opted to continue attending Bright Horizons. This is because I have full trust that when I drop my child off they are met with love, enthusiasm, professionalism, and utmost care for their development, safety, and nurturance. I have experienced every stage of Bright Horizons child care, from Infants through Kindergarten Prep, and have found them to be exceptional at every stage. The teachers, beyond being warm and attentive, also are highly communicative and I always know I can speak directly with a teacher with any concerns or questions I may have. The director and assistant director are welcoming and responsive and have worked with our family at every stage of development. My children have both benefited immensely from the curriculum and overall enriching environment and are prepared to enter Kindergarten both academically and socially. I would highly recommend this child care center to anyone who is looking for a facility that allows them to feel secure and confident as a parent that their child is in good hands.

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons Yale West Campus for a little over a year now in the toddler program. I honestly can’t say enough about them! First and foremost they make you feel safe about leaving your child in their care. The constant picture updates throughout the day bring such comfort to know they’re having a great day and having fun. My daughter has flourished at BH hitting her developmental milestones while having a blast with her friends and teachers. She even teaches me some songs and gets ticked off if I pick her up too early! The staff and teachers are always so nice and seem genuinely happy to see my little one. I’m very grateful for all they’ve done for our family and for helping my little girl thrive. If you’re in the vicinity and need child care, don’t look any further.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons at Yale West Campus since he was 5 months old. The teachers communication with me makes me feel like I am right inside the classroom with him. They send the most amazing photos of his day that show me how happy he is here. Their communication with me shows me how much they know him as an individual regardless of if it is a full classroom. He comes home and has begun sign language, brought home original creative artwork, and has met all of his developmental milestones with flying colors. My husband and I are beyond elated that he attends school here and we look forward to continue to watch his growth and development. Such an amazing school.

I am a teacher and parent here at Bright Horizons and I can say it has been an amazing experience so far. The work environment is always welcoming, my co workers are always willing to help out when needed, and the company gives opportunities for teachers to achieve more through education and growth within the company. The teachers are loving, caring, and show so much compassion towards my son. I know he is always being taken care of and I don’t have to worry about anything thing because we are always in constant communication about his growth and development. Bright Horizons at Yale West Campus is amazing!!
