This place is normally really great, but they have a manager that is a real... Well let's just say she isn't doing them any favors in the customer service side. I brought a print job in that they said they could not get done for about 4 hours. It would be an extra $35 to do it same day. So $133 ish versus $96 ish if I wait until 1-2 on Sunday. They don't open until 12pm on Sunday. Ok, I said, I'll wait until tomorrow, no rush. About an hour later say 2pm Saturday, a man calls and says your job is done and I can come and get it. That sounds awesome, these guys are the best. This is normal for the other FEDEX I use down in Kearny Mesa. So I come in and see that the posters I order were not cut the the correct size. So I use the on site cutters but one side is too long for the customer available cutter. I ask the manager if I can get the long side cut as I cut the other two sides of each. She goes about telling me that since I came in to get the posters "the company" is going to eat the $35 same day fee, like it's my fault he called me. She said he called by mistake. Ok,!? She then goes to measure the side of the poster and measures it while it isn't even flat on the table and says it is the correct size. Uhh, no I know because I va e to put it in a poster frame that I have the demo paper from that came out of it and the measurements are the same. I remeasure and still about a half inch off. Discussed as I show her this, she reluctantly goes to cut the posters. Long story short she does it but is not happy....lol. The other employees were sooo helpful and friendly I think knowingly embarrassed they have to work with this tyrant. She did make sure the place was cleaned and that they were wiping down all the customer tables. The good with the really bad I guess.

Given how many times we have been to FedEx Office on Rancho Bernardo Road for wedding stationary and the lamination of our seating chart (as well as thank you cards to come), we have become familiar with the majority of the staff. Jeff and Ernstine in particular have helped us seemingly every time (or almost every time) and every experience has been terrific and the quality of our stationary has been exceptional.

Very unhelpful staff at this location. I would avoid this FedEx store.FedEx delivered my package with the box badly damaged. I did not open the package. Took it back to this FedEx location to have it sent back/return to sender. They refused to take my package. Told me I have to purchase another box to repackage it, as they do not take packages that are not in good condition.They are basically telling me I have to pay for damage caused by FedEx delivery, and it is my responsibility to repackage the package myself if I want it sent back. Ridiculous customer service.

This one star is for the connection company with FedEx call rush my passport, I spent over 200$ (not the government fee) just the service fee. Ending up got told to go back to USPS for an acceptance agent, FedEx website told me everything can be done in one stop, that is not my case, they do not have acceptance agent in this FedEx store. If you are considering renewing or get your passport, go back to USPS set up an appointment with them to meet up a acceptance agent, or you might experience the same problem I had. Paying 200 for (everything done in one stop) ending up spending 200 for some paperwork I fill in that is free in USPS and get told to come back to USPS set up an appointment with them. But yes FedEx can provide you a photo shoot for your passport with a fee and more fee to print it out or my case more fee for buying a usb that they can put it in

Your employees went above and beyond to help me get a 18"x24" photo printed on poster board. I called in the morning and needed it printed by 2pm at the latest. They said it would be ready, and had it ready by 1pm. Far exceeded all other printing services I've ever used before. Very happy how the print came out as well. Everything was perfect.
