They called on time so that wasn't an issue. Everything went fine. I was told I'd have my instructions to register within 24 hours and that did not happen it actually took two and a half days and two phone calls. The second phone call to the young lady I spoke to Jasmine I believe her name was with excellent she had everything taken care of within the hour.

Everyone was caring and very helpful. I really love the Dr. For being so compassionate, thank you so much for making me feel so much comfort! I didn't get to embarrassed 😳 about all my illness's!!their great! Here and fun to talk with, they must know some if us have no ine to talk to so it's nice here!!!Thank you again for helping me. I wish ALL of my appointments were this simple ! The doctor I spoke with was great , he actually spent more than 2 minutes on the phone with me, I wouldn’t go anywhere else thanks CCDocs I will be back next year

Easy process did not take long to do and within an hour I had filled out what I needed and printed out my temporary card that you can use until the real one comes in.

Super helpful and informative people in this office! When I called with questions after my appointment Jaimie was friendly and had the answers I needed. During my visit, all three of the people I had contact with in the office were friendly, courteous and patiently answered any and all questions I had!
