I just visited this location, and Wyatt Ahmadi, the banker, assisted my parents and myself with all of our account's related matters.We had a great experience with Wyatt Ahmadi and the team in this location, resulting us to come again to this location in the future if needed.

My son is buying a home and is in contract with 14 days to close, he offered cash as he has funds in Bank of America, we went to Bank of America yesterday to send funds to title company and found out that Bank of America has decided to close his account and hold his funds, very strange and would not provide explanation for why they decided to close his accounts, when asked why? They said it was business decision, leaving my son high and dry, now he can not close on his home and will most likely lose his home and deposit. What kind of business is Bank of America doing??? Do you think there’s a cause for action against Bank of America? We will be filling complaint against America at OCC if we are harm due to their decision.

Line wraps around building. Again. Funny how Google can tell you when the busy times of day are but the bank can't figure out when it needs more than 2 tellers. Can't tell if it's due to a horrible customer service model or bad management.Update: went down a star. Bank employees allow people coming in the door to cut the line. Instead of being rude to people I asked an employee if they would do a straight deposit. She said yes "give me 5 minutes" then change her mind 5 minutes later. I hate coming here.

Serena was the teller. I had a large cash deposit. She handled this transaction so quickly and efficiently. Very cool. What great customer experience.

The worst bank ever. Hold my check for almost TWO weeks. Any bank hold a new deposit for three days. We just opened a new account with them. BIG MISTAKE. Don’t make the same mistake like us. Closing the account asap. Horrible bank.
