Kelly was amazing and defined made my shopping experience less stressful. She always got the best dress to try on ready for me and took care of putting away the dresses I was not happy with. The most impressive attitude of Kelly that I loved was her patience and smile in helping me find new dresses off the rack and providing honest feedback with my trials. Overall we had a great experience shopping at this specific glitterati. Thanks

It’s been a few months and I never heard back from the store about my experience, so let me say this: If you’re considering buying a dress from Glitterati, DON’T. And don’t even think about having alterations done here unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars for a shoddy job that doesn’t get finished on time, or if you want to get verbally berated by the seamstress when you try to point out the issues to her. Heed the warnings of the 1-star reviews. I wish I had. I would have saved lots of money (and a few tears after getting yelled at in the store). My ordeal started when I bought a mermaid-style dress back in September. It was missing some sequins (they still charged me full price), and it needed alterations since it was a size too big and the beading needed to be replaced. (ETA: I asked the sales associate about the missing sequins when I purchased the dress in Nashua, and she told me in no uncertain terms that the company would fix the sequins free of charge, I just had to go to the location in Danvers. Even the seamstress said “the company will fix it.”) I paid for rush alterations since my event was happening soon. In my fitting, the seamstress pinned all the places the dress needed to be taken in: straps, zipper, back seam below the zipper, pinned both layers of hems to cover my heels (which I wore to the fitting), and marked all the places there was beadwork missing.Long story short (full play-by-play on Yelp), the dress was late, the beading wasn’t fixed, and the alterations weren’t all done. The front hem was a full 4” shorter than pinned in my fitting, and since you can’t add fabric back, the hem was ruined. After I pointed this out, I had to come in again (I live out of state, which I had aready told them several times). When I picked it up again, the beading was fixed, but the alterations STILL weren’t all done. When I asked about this and requested my money back (this was no longer a rush job since it was several days late), the seamstress yelled at me for being ungrateful. For the fixes I’d paid for but she hadn’t done on time (if at all). Since then, I’ve tried contacting the store about my experience, but I haven’t even gotten an apology, let alone any of my money back.So do yourself a favor: go to Macy’s. Shop on Amazon. Go to literally any dress shop and seamstress except this one. Save yourself the money and headache.

The selection of dresses in the store was absolutely beautiful! I was able to find my perfect dress within just a few hours of looking. Casey O helped me as soon as I walked in, and she was so kind and supportive throughout my entire visit. She had a great eye for any features I was looking for in my dress, and found so many for me to try. I picked about 10 dresses to try on, and stopped at 5 because Casey went back out to the floor and found the perfect dress that matched the color, fit, and style I was looking for and fit the occasion perfectly. Me and my mom wouldn’t have found that dress without her! Thanks so much to Casey, I’m really happy with my dress! 🫶
