This place should be closed down for good by the state! It's dirty, and run down. The care is horrible! The nurses are abusive, short tempered, and uncaring. They swear at the residents, there is no respect, no teamwork, and very short staffed. I have witnessed abuse of residents, HIPAA violations daily, n atrocious behavior by staff. If you love your family DON'T PUT THEM THERE! I am a whistle blower on the abuse and was terminated for trying to protect the rights and well-being of the residents, it's illegal to fired a person who reports to the state, but there ya go, they did. Lot's have walked out, Lot's have been terminated by Pinnacle for standing up for residents being abused, it's a very shady place. All the owner care about is making money 💰

My mom, Betty Hamlyn, recently passed away here after a long period of poor health. My entire family was impressed with the care she received at this facility. Every one was so kind to her, and they made her final days much easier for her. Thank you for providing excellent care.

My family had an amazing experience with my grandfathers care until his death. The staff were warm, caring and considerate to not only his needs but the needs of our family. Would highly recommend to others in the future!

OMG, If you haven’t visited YOU SHOULD. This place is DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY AS WELL AS HUGE MAINTENANCE ISSUES. Treat your loved one with respect and with dignity, keep them away from this place
