This last visit I still give them 5 stars because we did have a little bit of a wait. But you know what not one single employee was standing around. They were all busy and helping each other to get the orders out as fast as they could. Which I thought was a great way to show teamwork and show customers they were doing their jobs. Very impressed. And I have a high standard for customer service been in it for 15 years. Great job guys!

The staff doesn't really care about customers. I ordered a side of clams. It didn't ever cover the bottom of the container. I've ordered them before and got a layer covering the bottom of the box. We took our food to go. I went back in to ask why so few clams. No one would come to the counter.

The lady at drive thru would not let me get my complete order in with out interrupting me. She kept repeating questions that she already ask me! So I figured she couldn’t hear me so I spoke up louder to see if that helped and she had the audacity to say ma’am you don’t have to yell but yet she’s not letting me order my order without letting me get in a single word. Please work on your patience and attitude. She seemed miserable but you don’t have to be miserable towards people who actually help pay your pay check! If you don’t like your job please quit! It’s a shame there are not many Long John’s Silvers around and the one I can go to has this type of service! No Stars for me

I’m very displeased this morning this fish and fries is sloggy there’s no crispy crunchy it taste like it was warm up from yesterday. I’m very disappointed I’ve been going there for the last week and fish was crispy crunchy and hot. This taste like it from yesterday and it’s been prewarm!! Tried to call phone doesn’t even work!!! WTH!!!!! This is the one located on FM 2920 …If you do check your food before you leave 😡

I will NEVER go to this location again. I've never had fish where the breading was so greasy, so over cooked that the breading would not even stick to the fish, it just peaked off the fish. It was so bad my husband wanted to leave right away and get out money back and neither of us could finish our food. No one needs cooking like that. It was so gross. The best think about this yucky trip was looking at the moon.
