We should have NEVER gone to this place! We'd heard bad things, but it's the only close place besides these idiot Dr. Mike wanna be places....Ugh.!During Covid a friend went in for a stroke and got Covid and died.I went to the ER and in THREE HOURS NOT ONCE did they look at the paperwork I filled out with my medications on it! Then proceeded to prescribe me meds my husband, pharmacist AND my GP said most I couldn't even take. Wth?!Husband went for his knee. They didn't even do an x-ray! Which again our GP is like why didn't they take an x-ray?!"A neighbor went in for weakness and they treated him for diarrhea. Ignored our telling them why he went. Ignored his medications. Sent him home without knowing what was wrong with him!This places is a JOKE! I've had way better experiences at St. Mary's!

I had to be seen in the ER recently and was taken care of promptly with empathy and concern. Doctor Loyd was thorough and communicative. Jordan was caring and responsive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable during my stay 5 star treatment. All the nurses and techs were professional and caring.

I was transferred here from Fort Irwin to get URGENT imaging done. The ultrasound tech who took the images was very patient and accommodating. I was told that since this is an urgent manner that it wouldn’t be a long wait. I am currently 4 days postpartum and is in a unholy amount of pain.. We sat in the ambulance for OVER 2 hours waiting for this “quick” and “urgent” response. We patiently checked in with radiology for some kind of status report and received the same vague information. Very disappointed.

I work in the medical field. The level of negligence and client abuse that is happening at this hospital is absolutely Shocking. I told him I had abdominal pain in my Upper right quadrant Which increases once I eat. I asked for CT scans on my liver to rule out, gallbladder due to the symptoms. They not only denied me getting the scans, they also denied me access to a doctor once I asked for one. I went to the nearest hospital because I was losing consciousness while driving. I understand that certain areas are rougher than others. But without taking any test or doing anything, I was automatically accused of being a drug addict. Obviously, this was proven incorrect when they took my urine test. They tried to get me to leave without taking any test at all. I couldn’t imagine treating a client like this.

I had a decent/great experience. Unfortunately the wait time was super long. I was there 10 1/2hrs. Unable to really help 🙄 but overall the nurse Debi was super amazing, she made sure I was comfortable the whole time, she always checked on me, even the triage nurse was amazing! Both ladies were great, and even a guy who was also in the fast track area was super helpful especially when it came time to be discharged they helped me to my car. Despite how busy and over crowded the ER was, they all seemed to have such a great spunky attitude and very positive.
