If I could give this place a sub zero rating I would. I lived here for approximately 16 months and it was absolutely horrible. Worst place I have ever lived. Infested with cockroaches, drugs, crime, and everything was broken. I was locked out while 8 months pregnant because "too many people had key fobs that shouldn't ". No notice was given. While outside in the cold, I slipped on the ice and was injured. When I called emergency maintenance no one came to let me into my apartment and was told it wasn't an emergency. I sent over 20+ emails to management about having my packages stolen and fetanyl coming into my bathroom from the neighbors. Nothing was done even though I had a small baby and begged them for help. I was forced to leave due to these circumstances and had to break my lease for my own safety. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you are ok with living this way. It isn't safe and they have no regard for their tenants or their safety.

I’ve been calling for almost 2 months & their mailbox is still full to leave a voicemail . Even if there is no availability now I would have at least liked to get ahold of somebody to get on a waitlist.

My friend lives here she doesn't really like it. However she is grateful to have a place to call home!

It's become such a common trend that we all see and have seen for some time now. Taking depleted common areas and leaving when complete these modern day structures that go on the UP, rather than spread abroad in any traditional manner. Much like a direct reflection of what tends to trend on the renovation/home shows on T V.

Places looks great. Secure building and having to go all the way down stairs to let guest in the building is a drag sometimes.
