I've been going g here ever since you opened. Never had a bad experience u till tonight.Tonight the only person who said anything to me was the gentleman who took my ID and let me in. No one else said a wordOne guy waited on 2 young ladies that came in 5 minute after me. And we where the only customers in there. With 3 to 4 employees on the floor. Shameful, sad andIt was very rude!

I go to the Evergreen by default; it's the closest 420 to my haunts on Lea Hill. It's slightly upscale, clean, orderly process and quick service. Competitive prices and keeps Jack Herer in stock more than any shop I know of. I haven't been inside in months. My friend does the shopping.

Most of the people here are pretty cool and chill. Most knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. Theres like this one guy who rubbed me the wrong way and was too... Try hard in up selling but haven't seen him there any longer so I'm pretty happy about that.

Bad service for people who are used to "the usual" experience at pot shops, I voiced a complaint that they gave me the wrong flavored edibles last time, this was not the first time I had asked for one thing and got another. The person at the door immediately replied with "well thats probably because your not following our system properly and going through the cases/bundtenders first then getting in line. He then tried to get me out of line and proceeded to tell me "I don't want my cashiers doing that". You had 8 budtenders and 3 cashiers. It's backwards and your forcing a broken way of running the store with garbage costumer service to top it off, your definitely not getting my money ever again.

I love this store!! First time visitor, will be returning. The staff was so warm and welcoming. Sarah helped me pick the exact right product. The decor is gorgeous as well and the door entrance adds an extra layer of security to me as a shopper. My dog was treated like royalty and he says we need to shop here from now on.
