The worst experience ever. The party room time was 45 minutes, kids were done with pizza in 30 minutes the person assigned to us vanished. I was looking for him. He came back when 5 minutes were left. He had to cut the cake and serve in 10 minutes. Moreover he threw away the cake topper without asking me. I wanted to keep it for a memory. I regret giving him a 15% tip. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We love uptown jungle. We love the addition of the new slide. Love toddler hour.However when we came 2/15, the trampoline & playplace area was plagued by two obnoxious brothers . Drop kicking eachother without any reguard for children around them. Absoutley terrorizing the place, I watched them kick an adults phone in the trampoline area. Adult was SITTING BESISE THEIR PHONE. they were shocked by this behavior as well. The 7yr old girl in my party was pushed as the boys horsed around in the trampoline.These two rowdy boys belonged to an employee. They were running around agressively like they owned the place. At one point they were doing this obnixious behavior in the 5 & UNDER area. (Pictured)They played with nerf guns in front of the paying patrons who did not have guns. And they were eating McDonald's at the rock climbing wall / counter stools. While paying patrons can't bring food in.Any one of these issues is enough by itself. But all of this happening in the 2 hours I'm there is Ridiculous.As a busy mom, myself I can absolutely understand needing to take your kids to work sometimes. But I'd be sure to make sure my children are behaved. At the very least I'd ensure they aren't the worst children in facility.The rules and expectations playing 24/7 on the TV monitor should apply to everyone playing.Edit: company left me on read 2x I tried to address this. They watched my Instagram stories after I contacted them, but still ignored my complaint.

What an incredible experience for adults & children of all ages! I came here with my 6 & 9 year old nephews on a Wednesday morning.We were greeted by Kiki & Juju with a warm welcome and big smiles. Kiki helped us pick out very stylish Grip Socks (peep the pics haha) and gave my 6 year old nephew some ideas of where to start. His older brother required no such directions haha. After an hour or so of chasing the kids (and having a surprisingly good time), I was very excited to crash in the parent lounge with massage chairs and TV (and write this review)Also worth noting, as a parent of children with autism and sensory issues, consider coming in the week days and let the staff know of your child's needs and your concerns. I'm planning to bring my 7 year old here but was concerned about a number of things (like the music volume for example, it's not overpowering but would be too much for my boy) and Kiki took the time to address each and every concern I had including lowering the volume of needed. HUGE plus in my book.Make sure you sign your waiver before arriving if you come during a busy time but it won't take too long to do on site.

Toddler area is great! Nothing looked dirty and nothing was broken or ripped in any way. Staff was friendly, sock selection was surprisingly stocked full of colorful options in a ton of sizes. The second my oldest child got hurt, they were right there to help. (He got hurt because he tried to climb the slide that clearly says not to). Worth the price, even for adults.

A great place to help your kids to get tired quickly. My kids love to play when summer comes limiting the outdoor activities in Phoenix.Sometimes, it might get too crowded but we never run into a situation when my kids feel overwhelmed. They did a great job to maintain the place clean which is uneasy for the daily crowd.A lot of great snacks options to reward your kids when they behave well 😂 Dippin Dots are my kids’s favorites!
