This is the only shop I go to in Eugene. Since I've moved to Oregon in November 2022. The Budtenders are Rawsome! Always good conversations about products and they really care for us regulars. And the newbies too. I feel seen everything I'm in

Came in right before a concert started because I didn't have time to go anywhere else... Bud tender sold me a broken battery and also kicked my partner out of the waiting area to stand out in the cold rain for the last min of our transaction.I had already selected my products, and the money was coming out of the ATM when he asked her to leave the waiting area. Just Rude and uncalled for.tbh, her Oregon id is expired, But she didn't come past the front desk area, she wasn't purchasing anything, and she was cordial and honest when questioned. It was 8pm and raining, in downtown Eugene!I called OLCC today and asked about this, and they said as long as she wasn't on the sales floor or trying to purchase anything with her expired ID, there was absolutely no infraction.I won't be returning.
