Why have a sign that says "Ring Bell for Service" if employees get all pissed when you do. Over priced and some of the worst customer service in Denver

WOW, I have been a medical patient with Fox St. Since it opened. I was also an owner of a dispensary and worked with this company as a fellow business owner. I've had a great relationship with the owners. I've always given them 5 star reviews as they deserved it.However, it is really unfortunate, as my last few times going into their store I was treated with the worst service I've had at any dispensary in Colorado. The bud tenders who are always new or just are rude. They seem to care less about loyal customers and customers in general. I was also told by the a new budtender, she couldn't ask the managers about my issue because they have no say only care about $ and she would have to ask her manager I believe her name is Bri.Yet, the service was bad no matter who was working, and were just plain rude with no respect for the owners or tgeir business. They have very few medical products available if the medical side is even open on azweekday no less. It was not busy to say the least.I've now read other reviews and it is clear that the employees of this store do not care about their service and the owners business.I will take my business to another dispensary, considering there are more stores than customers in Colorado and I've never been treated so poorly here recently. All other stores I've been too seem to go out of there way to give good service and make you feel welcome. The opposite is what I feel when going here, it is not a fun experience anymore. Finally, its a real bummer that Fox Street has decided that bad service and limited products are a great way to run a business.Good luck Andrew and Manny! I always liked you guys and your store.
Fox sells Recreational marijuana and or medical. You need a valid License and or Identity Card to make a purchase. So don't forget to bring your out of state license. If you look over age you shouldn't need Identification. So I gave one star

Been shopping here for 5+ years. Tried to use my punch card and the worker was confused and wanted to charge more even though she has honored it before. The worker was hesitant and I told her she doesn’t have to honor it and could charge me what she had in mind. She disgruntly honored it which I was thankful for, I wanted to explain why I was confused but she had no intentions to hear me.I talked to the manager (Bri) 2 days later to clarify the punch rewards with her and how I wanted to explain that I wasn’t trying to take advantage of them. The manager told me that yes the worker was confused and they don’t have to listen to anything a customer says. That she trains them to not listen to anything the customer says and not to give any promotions when confused, that none of the customers opinion matters b/c they’re their to make money for the owners, that’s what matters.I reply yes the owners opinions is the most important but the customers opinion should matter even if it’s a little. She would repeat to me “it doesn’t matter what you think, your opinion doesn’t matter, I don’t care” as I was trying to get words out she continuously repeated, ”your opinion doesn’t matter, it has no value” while shaking her head no. “I don’t care if the customer has been shopping here since the doors open, the customers opinion doesn’t matter. We’re here to make money for the owners that’s it. If you don’t like it go find a new shop” she told me while a customer was also behind me.Never felt that was the owners business model, I hope it’s not. No easy way to contact the owners without going through the manager.

I like the 18.50 half price shake special. It's very economical. I would like to see store hours open longer and a wider variety of smoke but all in all it is a good place to shop. It's where I go when it's open and available.
