Got a bad White Label Extracts cart. Attempted to return the next day, advising the employees that it burned my nose and had a taste of heavy metals. The employees hooked it up to a battery from her pocket, blew through the atomizer to produce vapor through the vapor post, all while inside the facility and standing directly next to a pregnant coworker, and then stated they won't honor return policy unless cartridge is completely nonfunctional. No concern of the product tasting like heavy metals and dangerous chemicals. I left the concerning product with the front staff and walked right out the front door. I refuse to support a business that has no concern for their customer's safety. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.Response to Owner: Owner falsely claims that I left before being offered a refund; I left after being denied one. Sir/Ma'am, you have several high-quality cameras in your lobby that I would assume record audio as well; I fully consent and encourage you to you post the video with audio on YouTube. I'm sure OLCC and WLE would love to see the interaction.

I love the people who work there and the prices are good. But I am not happy about the amount of White label shatter you have on hand CAN YOU PLEASE CARRY MORE SHATTER 🙏 I don't like having to go to albany!

These people are amazing, sweet, and will take care of all your weed needs. They are the only place I will go and I've been going for about 2 years give or take. They have a pretty sweet reward system too. I never leave with a frown that's for sure.

Generally adequate dispensary that I was fine with until I had to deal with Orchid Vape Battery warranty replacement...I tried for 6 months to return battery that had failed within warranty period but was always told at ever visit that they didn't have any replacements, but to keep trying...As I was getting ready to leave the area I thought I'd try once more and was told that the warranty period had now expired! I've spent a lot of money here and thought that these people could be a little more professional to be sure...I won't be back...

All your cannabis needs in one convent place. The vapes are ever so lovely, and the new edibles that come out are always a welcome addition to try out. The service there is wonderful. We laugh, we joke, and all in all they are a wonderful group of people. They have helped me with sales, they have a point system that helps a lot, and is always down to steer me in the best direction for best of the best. Will always recommend going to them and wait...I gotta go see them...be back....
