This place is a hyuuuge scam. Become a patient here if you want to waste your money.You can get your IL medical marijuana ID renewed just about anywhere, Leafwell got mine done over the phone within less than 15 minutes. I was only referred to Dr Salzman because my step-dad was a patient until he moved to a different state.They will give you unnecessary $50 followup appointments just for you to tell the doctor that nothing's changed and for him to talk about "oral ketamine treatments" every time. Nothings new in the followups its literally the same conversation. Extra money in Dr's pocket.The staff made my appointment (which was supposed to be the annual visit to renew my MM ID, was even scheduled AT SAME TIME MY CARD WAS GOING TO EXPIRE AND THEY KNEW THAT) but it was only a followup.. time and $50 wasted. I had to call back a few days later for clarification because I was so confused and didn't even realize they didn't do anything on their end to help renew the ID. Said they were going to call me back after they talk to the Dr and make another appointment and never called me back not even a voicemail???Sounds like they know they messed up and Dr's being a puss about it but hey whats -1 patient when they have an entire database of patients to still scam money off of. I feel bad for anyone who continues to go here.

Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Steve is highly impressive and spends his time with each of his patients. He truly cares for each one of his patients. He always ends our appointments with "let me know if you need anything, I'm here for you."He's helped get me off of pain pills via his treatments and the quality of my health has improved tenfold since I first met with him. His treatments do work!!!! For me it took a while but eventually everything came together. You won't be disappointed in trusting this doctor!!!

Dr. Salzman has been nothing but helpfull to me. He reaches out a couple times a year even when you are golden to inform you of new treatment options. I'm going to be taking him up on a new oral ketamine treatment and I'm fairly confident (as confident as one can be without having any kind of personal relationship with an individual) that my questions will be adressed and that the treatment will be fairly painless and straight forward.
