I will never return to Green Goddess again, after being a patient there for years. I felt like I had done something wrong by the security guard because my medical recommendation had expired, I was forced to stand outside while we waited for an employee to become available. When I suggested that we stand inside, rather than on front street, he reluctantly agreed. He then made me stand in the corner to wait until someone became available. I felt like a criminal. I took my license back and went to MMD, who allowed me to enter and honored my expired recommendation until I could get to my doctor. That's the way to treat long time faithful customer.

I loved this place! I’m visiting out of town and I read their reviews and I thought it would be perfect. The women who helped me were very nice and informative! I unfortunately got something defective and took it back and they were really sweet and hooked me up!! The security guard was very sweet too 🙂 if I lived in Venice I would go here all the time!! Thank you all 🙂 I wish I caught your names to give you credit it. But really amazing

Ruby the manager was very generous. She was so helpful when I had a problem with a product I had bought. The store is also very clean and pretty. I will be back again!

Brought a preroll for $13. After all the taxes and card fee my total was over $25 for one $13 preroll. I didn’t leave the store feeling good: I felt like I had been taken. People are so greedy. I usually shop at MedMen anyway. They don’t charge a $5 card fee and they’ll even give a few dollars back after the total sometimes. This is just another greedy overpriced dispensary. The customer service was nice but I’m wondering if it was only nice to finesse me of my money 🤔
