I had high hopes when I moved into this apartment building, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The management's lack of response to complaints is unacceptable, leaving us feeling ignored and disregarded as tenants. The constant noise from inconsiderate neighbors has made peaceful living impossible, making it hard to relax and feel at home. Moreover, witnessing dog owners washing their pets' belongings in the communal washers is unsanitary and inconsiderate to other residents. And to top it off, the parking situation is an ongoing headache, with limited spaces and seemingly no effort to address the issue. I can't recommend this apartment building to anyone seeking a peaceful and pleasant living environment.

I will be making 1 year in February. I have nothing bad to say about studio village. The leasing consultant ( Chelsea ) was very helpful and made the paperwork move in really easy.The cleaning lady is there almost every day except for Sunday's. And she does a great job maintenance.As of now I have not had any trouble with leeks or any other problems. I try to keep my place very clean & throw out the trash every day. I rarely see a roach or 2 every couple of months but with tramps it goes away. The rent is Fair depending how big you want the studio to be and what I love is it's all bills included electricity,water, and gas...My 4 year daughter loves the pool. I have occasionally gone to the little gym used the treadmill.You should definitely take a look for yourselves if you are thinking of moving in. Instead of reading the negative comments. Have a good one !

cant give it a 0 star, so had to give it 1 star, which was frankly 3 starts too many. apartment was filled with roaches and other bugs all the time when lights when off, forcing you to keep lights on 24/7. Room also smelled like stale mold, and mildewed cheese. parking was always full, and trash always overflowed into parking lot and spaces. management was never to be found when the roof started leaking (pouring in actually) for no reason when it rained, causing bed and carpeted floor to become drenched with water, contributing to more mildew and mold smell. random people would be allowed into the building, even of they were not residence of there, and maintenance would randomly enter apartment and move things around and go through stuff in my apartment without warning or notification beforehand.

If I could give 0 stars,I would. Terrible management and terrible condition of the place. roaches came from the other apartments, regardless of how much I cleaned my apartment. Someone stole an item I ordered and management did absolutely nothing about it when they told me that they would check the camera, which by the way, does not work. The washing machines are always down and constant leaks during the rain. You would think they could help with the homeless people outside,they don’t. Homeless people have bowel movements in front of the building!

Been here for quite some time, in fact, been here since the old management. New manager, Felicidad, have been quite accommodating. With old management, a lot of the rooms would be closed, which includes the laundry room, pool, kitchen, exercise room. There are quite some night owls roaming the apartment, but it is just to use the kitchen, exercise room, and especially the laundry room when they don't have time during the day due to work. It has been a while since I've been able to make some home cooked meals, it has always been fast food, and just which ever is convenient at the time when the tummy is rumbling.Location next to the Metro Station is great, really do enjoy the really clean pool area, and Jacuzzi too. The w/d rooms have some updated machine, so I really don't need to carry much change in my pocket, just use your phone, choose a machine and swipe up and you'll be ready to wash or dry your clothes easily.New management have been very accommodating. They've noticed us using the kitchen and added a tissue dispenser along with a soap dispenser near the sink. Just these little things is enough to make us know that she have been thinking of her tenants. She cares so much, I've once saw her in the hall way cleaning around the doors of the tenants, if that is not love, I don't know what is. Those little things she have been doing really makes a big difference. Thanks again Felicidad, along with the rest of the workers that are here daily always keeping the apartment clean and well maintained. The workers here really tend to your every need and they will not let you down.
