I absolutely love this place. The staff is extremely friendly, informed and always inviting. My favorite dispensary in LA. Great prices, free parking, curbside pickup. Love all of the options.

Security is very professional and very pleasant. Not like some of those other dispensaries… Staff is professional, helpful and straight to the point… First time patient they gave me 30% off on my second time I believe it was 35% off… So, overall four stars. If the staff shows a little bit more product knowledge, it would definitely be five stars at that point.

When I was purchasing a disposable cart a bud tender told me that the disposable cart I bought might need a battery, so I bought a raw garden 510 thread battery on January 1st. The disposable cart didn't need the extra 510 battery which I realized when I got home and opened everything. I came back Jan 7th (within their 10 day return window) and I tried returning it, but they said they cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. Normally love the staff here as its my local spot and I come here a lot, but some staff shouldn't recommend buying items that can't be returned, especially if they don't know what comes with the disposable carts they're recommending.Manager explained they can't accept the battery return unless broken or defective (even if unused and unopened) so I left the item there with my receipt and didn't get a refund, just leaving a review incase someone else experiences the same thing. Cheers.

I've been coming here for years, and there's no other place I trust more! Not only are the employees super helpful and patient, but the prices and product offering are unmatched. I've turned so many friends onto Greenwolf and now they never go anywhere else. Neither will you!

Poor overall customer service. I'm a great customer who spends $100 a week or $5200 a year. Bought a cartridge last night ($117 total purchase) and when I got to Beverly Hills found out it wasn't working. Drove back before close to exchange and was told it worked. So I bought a new battery and left. Charged battery all night and it didn't work. Came back this morning and they wouldn't even exchange 💱 y and keep the box and packing. 3 employees were there from last night and knew what happened. They don't care and hide behind rules. No customer service and keeping customers for life.
