I usually like this store but today the cashier switched my order for a lower quality order without telling me and I'm not happy that she switched them without notifying me first. Complete waste of my money and value as a customer. I order ahead because I'm deaf and can't communicate. No need to be snarky about it.

Best dispensary in Washington. Great prices and products. The staff and owner are all very friendly. If you're not sure what to buy with the budget you're working with, the staff will always point you in the right direction.

Beware ordering online!!This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last for me.I always place online orders - most times without issue but today.. nope.I ordered 2 x 1.5g listed at $9 ea. What I was first given was 2 x 1g - before I walked out, I inquired about what I ordered vs what I got and was told and shown what printed. It printed completely differently in the store from what I ordered. Issue 1. Then the attempt to rectify was to give me 1 x 1.5g for $17 -almost twice what I paid/ordered. When I pointed out that I had ordered 2, the mgr/lead disappeared in the back. When he came back, nothing was resolved.This is not my issue. This is not my software nor my choice that they use this software. Why am I being penalized? Why can't I get what I ordered at the price it was advertised for then fix the issue? But no, I'm left not getting what I wanted AND wasting my whole lunch with this. As I mentioned before, not the first time this type of disconnect has happened but the last for me.Such a disappointment. I won't be back.

Amazing customer Service. Ally went out of her way to help me find what I needed with my specific med issues. Everyone has been wonderful to me and they are dog friendly. Prices are much better than their competitors.

Used to love this place. Now I hate it. Owner ran outside one day after i bought something and accused me of leaving a bad review? Who does that and how would you know? Then today I got terrible cs... I said have a nice night to someone and they just stared at me. No one smiled. Everyone looked depressed. I'll go across the street. Well bud, you finally got that bad review you always wanted. Too bad cause I used to like you
