– +18, valid medical medical recommedation, valid ID/DL/Passport

TAXES STARTING JULY 1ST, 2018: With MMIC card, you are tax exempt from sales and use tax, but still have to pay 15% excise tax (inlcuded in menu price) + 4%  city operational tax.
