I’m pleased to have found treatment for years of chronic pain. Dr. Deborah is compassionate andCaring. I have several pain issues all of which have been addressed. My quality of life has greatly improved. It is rare to find a practitioner who is both concerned and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff is friendly and accommodating and the office is well run. I recommend In Care pain management to anyone who is in need of treatment for pain issues.

Don't go, two crazy Debbie's run the joint and they both worked for Gossie, (remember him) they push drugs to those they,,, like. 😡I was a patient here for about 4 to 6 years, stopped in 2021.. the younger replacement receptionist is a horrible unattractive person and don't belong in service..Big Debbie, (blonde and pink hair, Gawd) that coincidentally I helped aid in her weight loss with my methods, got real weird when she lost some of her weight. (I was happy to help)She increasingly became more arrogant and instead of defending her patient, me, she decided to pet the problem person. (Reception)There are plenty of Pain Management places in WNY, Don't go here..if you are smart, good looking, or under 75 lol. They are horrible.I will never forget how unimportant and disposable that place made me feel. Don't gooooo.. run. Run.One more thing, I have a good friend that is African-American and he was also attending here... They treated him with the utmost disrespect to be honest with you I think they may be a tad bit prejudiced and they prejudge... This is more like they're the dealers and they decide on who they want to deal to. Don't go to this place. They left me in pain. I got a note saying here's a script for 40 pills, good luck, if I were you I'd use them sparingly. Now that's what one of these doctors said to me, (big debbie), unless she kept her weight off, she wrote me a letter and that's what she said, if I were you, I'd be careful with these last 40 pills cuz you ain't getting any. After treating me for 6 years so she either was a crook and was giving me pills when she thought I didn't need them.. or, she's just a dirt ball that allows people to hurt. I mean this is supposed to be an educated woman, that scares me...You decide. 😡

For 20 years I fought to identify the pain I was in and for 20 years I was treated like I was attempting only to get meds even though I refused the meds and basically begged to get an MRI. Dr Debrah D helped me get to the root of my problems and helped me get the treatment I needed. The folks there are compassionate and understanding and work with their patients to help them live the best life they can all things considered when it comes to one's ailments. Great drs and polite staff.

I have been seeing Debbie H at in touch pain management for a few years now. She is the best. She is very caring and super responsive to any last minute issues that may arise. I am very thankful that I ended up in Debbie's care, she has helped me so much.

Love love love this place. I was seen at a different pain management place that completely overmedicated me. I was like a walking zombie when I got to Debbie. She got me off five different medication‘s leaving me on one. I now can function as a normal person with amazing pain control. They truly care about each and every patient. I’ve never felt rushed or like a number like other places I’ve been to. I think Debbie knows every aspect of my life, because she takes the time to ask the questions I cannot speak highly enough of her.
