We stopped by to learn more about fun things to do in the area. The employee was so friendly, informative and helpful. They have many information pamphlets for a variety of must see and do places in and near Medford. There is a gift shop and free maps.I am very thankful for the suggestions from the employee. She was so nice, plus It was cool she had us pick out a push pin and pin our city on their visitors map.Always stop at the visitors center anytime you travel!

My husband and I were in the area for our honeymoon and stopped by to get ideas of what to do in the area. The workers were all so nice and helpful finding the best places for us to go. They took time to ask what we liked so they could help us figure out what would be best in town. They even gave us some truffles as a happy honeymoon gift!

I don't even know where to start!!! I visited a couple weeks ago looking for small gifts for colleagues for an out of town trip I was planning. Not only were they well-stocked with Medford and Rogue Valley themed gifts, the staff was above and beyond helpful!!! They truly seem to love helping people discover all the great things the valley has to offer. The customer service and generosity was beyond anything I ever expected. I highly recommend stopping by if you're visiting or local and just looking for new things to do!!

Travel Medford is such an amazing resource for Southern Oregon! Ashley and her team are so lively and I loved the opportunities I have had to work with them!
