We wouldn't have our three go anywhere else. Really wonderful staff who treat each dog like they are their own. Our trio goes to both daycare and boarding. Recommend them highly.

Best pet hotel in the area. They are the only place we trust leaving our dog over night for multiple days. It’s also very affordable and not overpriced.

I brought my dog to Pet hotel in Hadley 2 times and I have no complaints. This is my 3rd pet hotel, and the reason I am saying this is because my dog would come home with cannel cough but staying at Pet Hotel in Hadley my dog seems to be fine. They did answer the phone each time I called to hear updates on my dog but as far as emails are concerned I did waited few days before they got back to me. We were greeted at the door with a smile and staff looked very happy.Thank you for taking care of Molly from 9/2 -9/6 and keep up a good job.

We love the facility and the staff!! My dogs love to go the the hotel they have such a good time. They run in and are so excited to see the staff they have grown to love! We know that when we leave they are in good hands! Also an add bonus is they can get groomed while they are staying!! Highly recommend both the boarding and grooming!!!

This is not a safe place to leave your pet. I booked a reservation in October 2022 for February 10th-28. Upon arrival, I was told that the reservation had been cancelled. I was leaving the country for three weeks. The reservation was reinstated after a huge debate. I had to call constantly to check on my puppy. They didn’t answer 98% of the time. I was supposed to get daily pictures but, only received two pictures during my vacation. The beginning of my vacation was ruined since I was constantly calling from the Middle East. This caused emotional distress. I had to pay someone to go to Pet Hotel and check on my puppy and take her for walks. I was never contacted to make sure that I had authorized the walks. I sent an email telling them that I would be picking up my puppy a day early. I got an email back saying that I would have to pay $30 fee if I picked her up after 3pm. I had to pay someone go and get my puppy. When I arrived at Pet Hotel, I was not told that my puppy was not there. Instead, I was told that I couldn’t have her food and other items until the bill was paid. Management is terrible. Do not bring your pet here. They will let anyone just walk in with your pets’ name and take them!!They are very unprofessional. Don’t risk having your pet get stolen!
