I love staying here when I need to go to a conference at the convention center. The property is beautiful, and the staff is so nice, professional, and efficient. The room I had a beautiful view. The shower has great water pressure, and the hot water came out fast, which I appreciate, so there is minimal water wastage. The only thing I wish they would do would be to put a little note next to the desk lamp stating to turn on the switch by the door for power. I felt bad for wasting maintenance's time to fix "a broken lamp."I ate at the bar and my hamburger was delicious. Unfortunately, the salad was so sour from the dressing they mix in. It was inedible.Overall, a great place to stay. It's an easy 12 minute drive to downtown to the convention center, casino, and tons of food and shopping.Oh, I guess the golf course is really nice, too, but I have no idea. 😊

Lovely golf course and enjoyed the bucket of balls at the range as part of the resort fee. Great gym!! Breakfast was decent for the price and the staff working there were super friendly and hard working. Enjoyed an omelette which they can make separately on request. Rooms were a little dated but still nice with a good view of the pool/mountains and a nice balcony. Only issue we had was both sinks in the bathroom kept clogging. The lady at reception was v nice when we checked in, gave us a cookie and let us check in early. We appreciated that very much. Johnaton who also works at reception needs to learn customer service and is kind of rude. A smile or acting like you care at all goes along way. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

My family and I stayed for two nights in the middle of February. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and provided an early check-in in which was much appreciated. We dropped our luggage off in our room with a beautiful mountain view and promptly headed to the pool. My adolescent boys loved the large, deep pool. My husband and I adored the stunning mountain view while relaxing poolside. The heated pool and view made me happy that we chose the hotel. The room could have been cleaner and it needs updates, but this seems to be a theme for hotels in the area. The hallway leading to the elevator smelled like there was water damage, and I was glad our room wasn't located in that area. Our beds were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a quiet, restful night's sleep. Would have been nice if breakfast was included.

Our stay here was really disappointing. This hotel has some stunningly beautiful scenery, the pool area is very nice, and the restaurant / bar is decent, but apart from that it wasn't great. We were travelling with our 6 month old baby and specifically requested a room with a crib in advance. The front desk told us that they believed the crib was set up when we arrived, but this was not the case. We had to request it again and they were very slow to bring it to us. They phoned us to say it would arrive in 10 minutes but it took another hour or so. The crib was pretty low quality but did the job. Then the next day, we were wondering why housekeeping hadn't come in to tidy up. We phoned the front desk around 2 pm, they said they will be in at 5 pm. We were a bit confused as this is late for housekeeping. At 5 pm nobody came, we waited a little longer then phoned the front desk again. They told us that we weren't on the "list" for housekeeping so it wouldn't be done that day. After my wife complained about this and reminded them we had requested housekeeping, they begrudgingly sent up someone late at night to restock towels and coffee, however they forgot creamers and tea and did basically the bare minimum. The room was very cold despite being in such a warm locale. We requested an extra blanket because the duvet was very thin. I went downstairs to ask for one, they told me that they would bring someone up but again this took too long. Our baby was sleeping so we phoned the front desk to cancel the order, we didn't want anyone to knock and wake up the baby. They assured us it would be cancelled but instead someone knocked and brought it to us, again late at night. The "restaurant" on site is only open for breakfast, this was quite disappointing. Also their restaurant and bar have decent food but both are very pricey so it's probably best to eat elsewhere if you don't want to splurge on your budget.A beautiful location, but disappointingly bad service, and we will not be back again.

We had a promising check-in. The front desk was always friendly. When we got to our room, it was freezing (January). We turned the heat up, but nothing turned on. We turned it up to the 80s, and still nothing. No air. We talked to the front desk, and she denied knowing of any issue with this. Someone else on our crew in the hotel warned us that his room had the same problem. When we got the head of maintenance, he brought a space heater and said it’s a problem he cannot fix across the whole hotel. The space heater helped, but our room was cold every time we got back, and we needed a warm place. The bathroom was large, and it felt roomy. The bathroom door creaked loud. The floors were pretty dirty in the bathroom. I wiped the desk and counters off with a Lysol wipe, and they were also dirty. When I finally got into bed, my son told me to look behind me. I looked up to the ceiling above the headboard to find the biggest cob webs I’ve ever seen in a hotel. They stretched from the corner to the other side of the bed. They were filthy as well. Needless to say, I had a hard time sleeping that night.Sounds in the hallways were minimal compared to other hotels. Parking was kind of far from the entrance. I could have had extra places to plug things in. I counted 3 outlets, but one had the light plugged in, and we had to use the outlet that was on the light for the space heater. It was a very nice site, so we had high hopes, but it wasn’t a good experience for us. The balcony was against two roof peaks, so it was useless.
