This dispensary is my go to! The staff is always friendly and they always have just what I need. I also appreciate how good the prices are. And that you can get a discount at the smoke shop. So helpful!

It’s funny they usually respond within a day of a review but this one has had no response or ownership 👀👀👀👀👀Shopped on Thursday 5/2 in the early afternoonBudtender made me state my full name in front of a room full of people waiting and that I felt like was an extreme privacy concern for myself and other patrons shopping at that store.I should not have to state my full name, or any other personal identification features out loud in front of a room full of strangers in order to shop.The building was dirty beyond belief. Floors, walls, everything was gross. I felt like I needed a shower after leaving.The receptionist had no personality and honestly looked very lazy wearing pajamas at work. Seemed like he would be anywhere else.The sales floor was messy and unorganized. Random products sitting all over counters with no one around. I could have stolen a lot if I wanted to.Pricing is the only thing that saving this place but due to personal privacy issues I refuse to shop at a business that is willing to put their customers in unsafe situations.Stop making people state personal information in front of a lobby of strangers.

Tyler was awesome. This place is well stocked and staffed even better than that. I’ve never left here disappointed 😎 If you haven’t already, do urself a favor and come by. Great stuff and prices so low u will think you read it wrong 😂

UPDATE: After leaving a review and being requested to email their customer service, I emailed and asked for a phone call. The manager, Ryan, called and was SO incredibly sweet and listened to every concern I had about my interaction here. This store has the literal best product, and due to Ryan's kindness and him going out of his way to call me and correct this, my friend and I will still be making this drive from Fort Collins to Boulder.

The new check-in process they have is absolutely terrible and gives no incentive to buy online. I pretty much only shop online at Magnolia Road because it makes my trips inside much faster and way more convenient as well as having access to the entire menu and not feeling rushed.However, The last couple times I've gone in to pick up my order, and today was the worst by far, they haven't had anyone in the lobby to check customers in resulting me and 2 other gentleman with online orders being overlooked and taken back well after people that came in after us that were at the end of a lengthy walk in line. It's The most unorganized system I've ever seen. The whole point of us ordering online is to skip the line of people that don't know what they want. I've been a customer here for close to 10 years but If this continues, I'll be taking my business elsewhere because at this point it's faster to just be a walk in, Which is unfortunate because the products and the prices are unbeatable and so WAS the customer service but customer service seems to be less of a priority now.

Online orders; quick easy, right? Not here. Even if you where to ask them swap out items missing or sold out item's. It should be quick. I am extremely dissatisfied to say when we and my boyfriend went in with two online orders under different names. I understand things get sold out and you do not complete your online orders before this happens. It shouldn't be hard to swap out these items and ensure both orders have eight grams. When we have to visit the same location three times. To ensure we purchase 8 g's. After we did ask the manager himself a grams were on both purchases. And he said yes. On the second purchase there was only seven, so then we had to go back in for a third purchase. Incorrect chain which was also given with two purchases of the card. Because they require cash back to be given. As they only gave us a single dollar. When this was mentioned to the manager suddenly we got $2 back. Inserting has every other Mongolia Rd. Has given us $3 back in the past. I am just going to say in general stay away from Boulder. And visit their other locations. Unless you like people tipping themselves with your money. Not to mention poor customer service. Then by all means visit here.
