So 3 weeks. NO KEY TO GET MY MAIL SO!!!!!!!!!!!NO MAIL AFTER I PAID FOR MY KEY . THE WOMEN WAS RUDE SAYING SHE WILL WHENEVER SHE HAS TIME CHANGE THE LOCKS AND GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR 3 WEEKS MAIL OR KEY

Mail carrier comes up with lame excuses for not delivering my packages. Claims that he would have to back down driveway. We have plenty of room for him to turn around. FedEx, fuel delivering, and UPS have no issues turning around. The Post Master is obtuse and indifferent on the issue.

DO NOT MAIL TO AMERICAN SERVICE MEMBERS STATIONED AT ANY U.S MILITARY INSTALLATION FROM THIS POST OFFICEI went there to send a CHRISTMAS package to my son stationed in Japan with an APO address on November 27th , first they said they didn't know how to send to APO and to come back when someone who has the "cheat sheet" was there , then made me fill out customs forms that list EVERY ITEM IN THE BOX and post it to the box, get BACK IN LINE and proceed to walk away when I get up to first in line and The OFF DUTY employee processes my box. Its December 22nd and still has not been delivered. However I mailed a box to the same APO on December 5th from the Brooks post office and the package has been received. For being a GOVERNMENT office that cant figure out how to send items to ANOTHER GOVERNMENT FACILITY these are the most incompetent people I've ever had to deal with .

I've always had great service at the Belfast Post Office. The counter staff are friendly, the long term employees go above and beyond. Our local driver in Swanville will walk a package to the front door even during Christmas rush. I accidentally ordered something to be shipped to my old address and I called them and they tracked it down.
