Fantastic concierge service. A particular call out to Antonio. Always friendly, helpful and informative. Housekeeping service didn't replace coffee 2 days in a row, but room was left very clean. Great location. Close to everything. Large, spacious rooms

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and freshly painted, and the room included a small kitchen and modern bathroom. There were however very few kitchen utensils and there was no silverware in the room. The room didn't seem to be very soundproofed because I could hear people talking in the hallway but there didn't seem to be other guests in the rooms on either side of me which was good. In all I was pleased with my stay and my only other concern was that the windows didn't have blackout curtains. Still I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations in the downtown Vancouver area.

Very comfortable hotel with polite hostess and quick to help staff, offering umbrellas in rainy days. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The gym has everything you need, and the swimming pool also has a decent size. The breakfast is very good, although the included breakfast voucher is only for $25.

Good location, nice rooms and lobby, but pretty rundown overall. Elevators, hallways and closer looks at the rooms show significant signs of wear and some lack of upkeep. Got an alright price for the room, so it was worth the stay, but definitely nothing crazy. Location is great but the restaurant in the hotel is really mediocre for its prices.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel a couple of weeks ago. The stay was great, the room, the view, the front desk staff were all great and made our stay in Vancouver the best out of all 3 times we had been there. We did not opt in for the $10 credit if we refuse the daily cleaning. We didn't see it making sense, since one sandwich at the breakfast place the credit was for costs over $12. But the cleaning at the hotel was amazing, we are not messy people, but we did have a coffee every time before we left the room for the day. Every time we came back to the room, it looked like we had just checked in. So big props to their cleaning staff! The room was nicely renovated, and spacious. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but it was enough for what we needed. The room had a small kitchenette: a microwave, a small fridge, toaster, kettle and a coffee maker. We had a king size bed, with comfy mattress and good pillows. The only thing to note: I have long hair and the hairdryer in the room seemed to be way too old for what I am used to seeing in a hotel.

    A man who goes by the name E shared this video from Mission & Geneva where he has witnessed people getting broken into at gunpoint: “this is the second incident involving a weapon in less than a week.” He said.

    This happened outside a marijuana dispensary. People in the industry have told me growers drop off their product and sometimes bring guards.

    There have been a number of robberies along this stretch of Mission Street—but this is the 1st time I’ve seen guns used which is a whole new level of scary.

    PS: Today I was also alerted to several break-ins of Asian-owned businesses (multiple owners say they feel targeted for their race) along Larkin, more in Chinatown and then an attempted break-in of a home in the Sunset where the perps were wearing some kind of safety vest. It’s all too much!
