I went to Jiffy lube this morning to get an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. Tyler the Manager was AWESOME! He was very polite and very professional. Prices are very reasonable! I will be a returning customer. Thank you so much!

Think twice before bringing your vehicle here for service.I needed to bring my vehicle back the past (4) times I had service done here.First, ‘bad’ spark plug caused a miss after having the plugs replaced. There were no issues with plugs prior. They were replaced because of the fleet vehicle’s schedule maintenance policy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for this situation. Bad parts happen.Second, for a ‘bad’ bolt on the brakes causing pad to malfunction (and not work) after having brakes replaced.Third, for a pretty good oil leak after an oil change. Took it to the dealership instead to fix, they said the oil filter was not tightened properly.I should not have went back after the third instance but this was all for a fleet vehicle and Jiffy Lube is a conveniently located approved vendor.Fourth time was for a pretty good leak after an oil change, again. Jiffy Lube stated it was because of a ‘bad’ filter.Compliments to new manager Tyler who was very polite and professional. I met him after my last oil change. He mentioned he was brought in to improve things. I believe he has the capability to do so.Each time I did return my vehicle to have things fixed, the issues were corrected promptly with no questions asked. The only thing it cost me was my time and fuel.If the four times I needed to return were truly because of bad parts, Jiffy Lube management needs to seriously reconsider their parts supplier… or I have the worst luck possible. Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket, because I beat some crazy odds to be 4 for 4 on bad parts.Time to clean up another huge oil slick in my driveway! Please see attached picture of old and new oil stain in driveway.

I've been going to this location for around a year now, and I personally haven't had any problems. Haven't felt like they're selling stuff to me or anything. More like they're just genuinely looking out for me, and recommending stuff they only find necessary. Everyone I've interacted with has been very down to earth and nice to talk to. Gonna continue to come back to these guys, super chill and laid back atmosphere.

A 19 y/o girl comes in, so you charge her the most expensive oil change. Even though that same car, has been there several times, brought by her father and NEVER had that oil change. You guys keep records, correct?

Fantastic help from the manager Tyler and Jacob. Amazing customer service, they identified the issue and saw that it was outside of their scope and referred me to another shop nearby after jumping my vehicle for free. I'll be back for the regular maintenance of oil and filter changes and whatnot.
