Staff is very nice. Unfortunately they're mistreated often by disrespectful visitors so they have to push back with the same kind of aggression - I dont blame them. This office in Bell Gardens is very organized and staff is very professional.

Took my mom to get a handicap placard, but encountered a staff member with poor attitude and unprofessional behavior. Despite providing necessary documentation, she seemed eager to deny our application, even displaying a smirk. We were told more info was needed, but the same form was approved elsewhere without issues.Never let your older parents go by themselves because snakes like her would make them feel discouraged.

So today they claimed the system would be down the whole day since 2pm and they claimed it wouldn’t be back up the whole day. But yet all the workers there would be on the clock wasting taxpayer money. Not an efficient way to use our resources on employees that are no longer able to do the job they are paid to do. How would I know this because the employee there said it themself that they will be there until 5pm. Reminder this is on Good Friday, a long weekend for them. Keep in mind they kicked everyone out of the building because they were closing the building and could not help anyone. They wouldn’t allow you to wait inside and see if the system would be back up and running. What a shame on how our institutions that are placed to help and service the community are easily abused by those that trusted to run it

workers or staff here are extremely rude mostly with elders they are given directions and when they follow them they say they are wrong and scream at them if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. there’s one or two nice people but the rest are disrespectful.

Went into this DMV expecting the worst after moving back to CA.We went in without an appointment, Grace and Maria A were up front and assisted my wife and I by pointing us in the right direction and showing us ways to expedite the process after reviewing the paperwork.After that we waited a bit however today was extremely busy but the lines moved along rather quickly. I got called up before my wife and was assisted by Maleny and she was upfront with the process and made it clear how I would move forward and what would be needed, at this time my wife was being assisted by Yesenia and had issues due to her out of state license, but Christina M was nice enough to help us get the issue squared away by contacting the state of WA to get the question squared away and get us taken care of. Patti I also assisted me with my ID renewal and Real ID application and she was also very helpful with the process.Overall these ladies made our experience at the DMV as quick and easy as possible.

    🚫 A partire dal prossimo 27 luglio, il CBD non potrà più essere acquistato nei negozi, ma sarà disponibile solo in farmacia e con ricetta medica. Questa decisione anticipa il verdetto del TAR del Lazio previsto per settembre, ignorando le raccomandazioni dell`OMS e la letteratura scientifica che ne sostiene l`uso terapeutico.
