Dr K is awesome! He listens to me and has helped me for many years now. I have counseling services as well through restore compassionate and she is amazing as well. She has been with me for years and has helped me go from being super down all the time to having hope!

Great place to go, the counselors are amazing Brittany has helped me so much. The Drs are great to. Everyone listens to what you have to say. First office I have found that I actually stuck with, they showed me I can be open about anything and not be judged.

Every interaction with this Dr. Was spoiled by his delivery!! He radiates negativity!! I left that office worse off mentally than when I started! Really didn't want to give it a whole star. "Dr. Koirila hands down in my opinion is the absolute worst i have ever experienced" However the rest of the staff and counselors are kind and caring.

The front desk of this office is extremely unprofessional & unproductive. Upon leaving a voicemail about running out of medication, I was called back and told “, wait until your appointment I don’t know what to tell you”. This made me question my care at the facility, but being a new patient I figured maybe the receptionist just had a bad day. Since then, every interaction with this person has been rude and inappropriate.I was called back to reschedule an appointment today, and twice was put on mute, hung up on, and just ignored. She put the phone down on the desk and I could hear the office laughing about ignoring the phone!I called the Austintown location and the phone was not only answered immediately, but the receptionist was very friendly and helped schedule me an appointment as soon as possible.You would think the boardman location staff would have more empathy and basic respect as they work in such a sensitive environment. I hope these experiences do not become a pattern and I can continue to receive care from this facility.

The therapist and NP we have seen have been great and if it was purely based on them, I would give 5 stars but unfortunately this business is just not organized. I’ve been told different information over the phone for the same appointment such as to which building to show up to and who I would be seeing. When I call during business hours, I get voicemail 70% of the time. They don’t seem to respond to voice messages. I have to keep calling until I speak to someone live. In order to reach the NP, I have to try to reach someone live, have them leave them a message and wait for a call back. Unfortunately if I don’t get someone live and have to leave a voice message, I don’t hear back from anyone. I recently started getting text reminders for an appointment which tells me to text YES or NO if I’m going to make it but it does not acknowledge the reply. I’m not sure how new this place is but it definitely needs to be more organized. People are friendly though when I actually get to speak to someone.
