My ID expired a couple days ago And of course this hasn't been a problem anywhere else I try to spend my money or even with the police officer who pulled me over and told me that I have a "30 day grace period to renew my ID" but the robots at RVC just can't communicate on a human level with their customers the way the workers in other shops can. Honestly this place has been going downhill for months now. There are several other shops within walking distance you could spend your money at and get a better deal with much friendlier service. I wouldn't recommend this place to somebody I was angry at much less a friend.

My first visit was weird. The tender helping me was extremely polite but the other budtender was busy talking poorly about a previous customer. The second time I visited, I called in a curbside order and when I got to the store for pickup the guy who I originally spoke with stepped out and the one who tool my call was adamant they don't do curbside sales. Eventually, they brought it out to me.Third time I tried to call in a curbside sale and a lady told me I needed valid ID for my toddler (in the car) before she could sell to me.At this point I believe there are a few good guys there but all in all, the lack of consistency, communication and professionalism will keep me from going back

I was only customer.Very clean and sanitary.Two friendly and helpful employees greeted me as I entered the store.Knowledgeable employees help me find what I needed and provided a smooth and hassle free transaction.Cash Only with ATM provided in store.
