Customer service is going downhill. Waited a while just be yelled at by an obese female with huge melons. I was asking her why I didn’t get 10% when I purchased five grams of concentrate. Not sure what was going on with her but she needs to work somewhere else away from people.

Pretty good customer service, never had a bad experience. But I think thier hours may not be up to date. Today is the second Saturday in a row I went there and they were closed. Open sign was on, but all the doors were locked.

Shop usually smells like a litter box, dude that works behind the counter has little awareness of time and customer experience. Products they offer are sub par. Purchased a cartridge that contains nasty cancer causing chemicals what they’re calling “non cannabis additives”.After attempting to exchange of what I consider a chemical hazard I was met with disscontempt.the overall experience here has been sub par, it’s the closest dispensary to my house so I have been a handful of times. This was the last time.
