I want to start off with saying I have had no prior issues to this one. I went to my appointment two weeks ago, paid my consultation fee and was told if I had any problems with filling my prescription to call. I had problems so I called, I was told that my prescription would be sent to a different pharmacy. I waited about a week and nothing so I called again and they told me they’d remind the doctor. Nothing. I had to call everyday this week to ask if it’s been sent but got the same response of, “I’ll remind her.” I called Friday since the clinic doesn’t open on the weekends and I’ll admit, already frustrated I asked if my script would be sent today I was told yes. I waited and then the clinic closed. My script wasn’t sent and now I have to wait until Monday to call back. I work weekdays so it very difficult for me to go to the pharmacy due to my schedule. Now I’ll either have to call off a day or wait until the next weekend to fill my script. 3 weeks after my appointment. I’m a patient person by nature but I’m so disappointed in how I’ve been treated by the front staff. I understand it might not be their fault but I can tell when someone has an attitude. I’m also highly disappointed that this is the second Friday in which I wasn’t helped before the weekend. Now I have to call again Monday and I’m hoping I get someone a bit more helpful.

Beware, I have been scammed by them. I called for my medical card renewal and purchased the wrong package. Called back to correct the issue and paid an additional fee to get the hard copy of my med card and it has now been a month without my card or funds returned. I have spoken to so many representatives and still no card or refund. I am contacting BBB and local police to investigate them.
