This is an easy and efficient way to dispose of electronic waste and I will continue to come here. However, I made the mistake of dropping off an old Apple TV without resetting it first and someone was able to make over a dozen digital purchases to my Amazon Prime Video account. I had assumed that they would disassemble the device and didn’t realize that I had enabled one-click purchases on my Prime account. I will definitely be more careful in the future.

Closed for inclement weather??? No notice on the website. Bunch of dudes sitting around getting paid to do nothing. They could easily be collecting the recycled materials except they are not. Instead they just turn responsible citizens away. This is why recycling programs suffer. Mismanagement.

Pretty fast processing of items, nice people.I Took a TV, two Microwaves, a bucket of used oil, two car batteries, four metal containers of paint thinner and kerosene, and a box of solvent.They accepted everything except one car battery, one microwave and the box of solvent.They have a 15 gallons per day limit rule. They count your e-waste as part of the 15 gallons.As others have said, clean out everything from your trunk except what you are taking to SAFE.They told me they could give me the address of another location in Los Angeles or come back tomorrow with the other items.If you are recycling used car oil, old car batteries, take those to your local PepBoys before going to SAFE, so they do not add to your 15 gallon limit.If you are recycling old house paint, spray paint, or thinner then contact Home Depot, they have a few rules about the containers, but they accept it for recycling.

I've taken stuff now 3-4 times to this place -- paint, electronics, an old shredder. It's always very efficient, easy to navigate. YOu're done very quickly. A wonderful service that you don't need every day, but it's so helpful when you do need it.

Like a military checkpoint. Had problems with my trunk. Went out and opened trunk. Had only an old spray bottle, and a tube of old glue. Tried to save environment. Told guy what to take. 3 guys started screaming. Like Military Police. Must stay in vehicle. Had mask on. Was more than 9 feet away. Officers on edge. Underpaid. Fearful. Probably. Friendly woman at entrance. Asked how I found out about S.A.F.E. 1 star. For her.
