Rooms are dated and worn. Service was pretty good. Very attentive. Breakfast buffet was $21. Expensive for what you get. It's the same breakfast you would get at the Hampton Inn which is free. The parking garage is difficult to maneuver in. If you have a large vehicle there is separate parking to accommodate.

We stayed here for two nights. Once before a long flight and once after a long flight. This place is just so worn down and nasty for being a Hilton hotel. We will not be staying here again. The cleaning crew really needs to pay more attention to detail. The carpets need a drastic cleaning, the bathrooms are nasty.. stained bed linens. Our room felt like it was covered in dust and mold. The front desk and other staff members are very kind and helpful. But nothing makes up for feeling like you can’t sleep comfortable for even one night because of the filth.
Our room was small, double queen with a pull out couch. So it was tight but doable. However, the carpet was gross, and the bathroom felt dirty. The room was really run down and not what I had expected for a Hilton. However, the beds at least were clean. The staff, for the most part, was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant breakfast staff was awesome. Oh, the parking garage is the absolute worst. If you own anything bigger than a small car, find a parking spot behind the garage.

The service was very nice, although we had a complication and we're over charged for an entire night but the issue was resolved quickly. The pool and spa were a delight and the shower and bathroom were very roomy and comfortable, but I did find some odd stains on my cover sheet the first night and I removed it entirely for my stay. Overall nice, just needs so better cleaning off the linens.

This hotel looks nice and meets the minimum requirements of a Hilton however, it is run down and as you stay, you realize it is kept up more like a best western. Many examples, there was a mold smell in the hotel restaurant. Bleach smell everywhere else in the lobby. The Sea Glass restaurant has pictures online of seafood, scallops as an example but doesn’t serve seafood. The menu is not just small, it’s not good food. High price, not as good as Denny’s. Breakfast is over 20 bucks a person but you get better breakfast at Hampton inn. Bathroom paint job off trim and on tile. Bath tub has no drain plug, soap falling off wall. Stews coming off out of the drywall and there was drywall dust on the bath sink when I arrived. One tissue in the box on night one. A dirty towel in the room on the counter upon check in. Broken closet door, power outlets that don’t work, power strips stretching across and behind pieces of furniture. Tips on the carpet. Towel holder falling off wall.On the upside, beds seem clean, comfortable, staff is pleasant. TV works, close to freeway and oversized parking on back. There is a Hilton down the road I’ve had much better luck at and a double tree a few miles away in much better shape.
