Is COVID still happening cause I don’t understand why I’m waiting in a small room just to wait and go look at the selection and they only let 1 customer in at a time? I just left and went somewhere else where I’m not having to wait in the lobby before being able to view the selection and make a purchase. What’s the point of that when anyone can go elsewhere, browse around and then make a purchase? Also from a customer service stand point why are you not giving customers the low down as to why this happens. Would be helpful rather than check my ID and the person at the front desk go back to their computer. The only dispensary in town that does this, don’t wait around and go somewhere else.IN RESPONSE:As a new customer how am I supposed to know all of this without anyone explaining it or an staff “giving the low down” aka the explaining why we are waiting and why I don’t know if I can go through the door when it opens and the person before me goes in? How am I suppose to feel when the front desk yes “One at a time?” Where as a customer do I know all of this and what is going on if it is my first time in? And not familiar with how you guys go about you’re guys business. How am I suppose to know about this video you speak of and you say I’m incorrect when this is my first experience and this is all I know when I first come in the door. It’s your job to let the customer know what is going on, not everyone is going to know or research before hand.

Not one to ever leave reviews but respectfully this business deserves it. My first experience today. Drove over from independence for a deal being offered. The whole team, especially Jen was very polite, professional, and informative as I asked questions about products for my wife. Great start to the day, thanks for the hospitality and will definitely be bringing my business back to this establishment 🤙🤙🤙
