Office is a mess. They have very poor communication. I started coming to this office pre-pandemic and never had an issue. Recently booked for a cleaning and they have spread exams and cleaning into two visits without explaining. I didn’t find out they weren’t going to do my cleaning that day till they finished the exam. Then was told I need to book two more visits to replace a filling and treat one possible cavity. I was not happy but tried to just go with it. A few weeks later called to schedule my second appointment (because I had some availability) to have my fillings replaced and new cavity worked on the person at reception had no idea what I was referring to in terms of my care. He told me he need to confirm what needs to be done in order to schedule me and that he would be calling back. No one called me back at all and another week passed. I called to speak to the office manager Paige. She didn’t come over like she was concerned of that she even cared. All said said is I “can’t change the past” then when I told her you guys don’t take into account that I also have my own schedule and it’s a priority to have this work done not just the cleaning. She kept speaking to me as if my experience was normal and she couldn’t be bothered with my concerns. They didn’t have any notes to call me back at all. She really didn’t care and it was apparent in her tone and I told her that her attitude is a direct reflection of how the office staff is conducting themselves with poor service.

Dr. Hoffman is a lifesaver. I already had a good smile but she literally changed my life with my new amazing smile. From the front desk staff Moses & Sam all the way to Dr. Hoffman & Dr. Myer, everyone cares so deeply about your treatment and very fun to work with. I’d recommend the practice a million times because they’re simply the best orthodontic team in Massachusetts. They keep me looking great. Love you all ❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Myer and the entire staff is amazing.I’ve been going to Gentle Dental for at least a month now, for my cleanings I always have a great experienced. my hygienist does a great job taking care of me. She’s very patient and make sure I’m pain free before she proceeded!

Dr. Myer is extremely attentive, courteous and knowledgeable every time I visit Gentle Dental Brighton. Over the years I have received services of cleanings, fillings and a root canal. Her entire staff always knows my specific situation and takes the time to explain what I need and how they can help. Over the years I have been a client I have seen my dental health improve dramatically. I would recommend this office and Dr. Myer to everyone!

Not a fan of this place at all. Scheduled for a cleaning but when I showed up they made me get x rays and moved the cleaning to a later date. Then I got a phone call a few days later saying the doctor reviewed my x rays and said I need fillings.Then they wanted me to go in and meet with a surgeon for him to check out my wisdom teeth before getting them removed. Do these people think we have infinite time to take off from work? I swear it’s just a scam for them to get more money. I didn’t need x rays I got x rays last year at a different gentle dental.What really set me over the edge is when I got the x rays done the dental hygienist intern was super rough with the camera and now I have a massive sore in my mouth. Eating is immensely painful. Thanks “Gentle” Dental!I’m not going backs this place is truly awful. And when you call 90% of the time no one picks up. And if you leave a message no one gets back to you.
