They show different prices and nothing is true you apply the payment and doesn’t take but shows it does… a disaster

Outright scam. You try a product, it doesn't work (always triggers Reader instead of Acrobat, no matter what even an ICT professional comes up with). Only works in the online tool hub which is silly and slow.When you want to cancel subscription within the 14 days tryout period, you1) spend a day on google trying to find out how to withdraw and then reach support,2) exhaust yourself trying to decipher operator's english,3) go through a music session for 50 minutes,4) enjoy an epic crash of your call.Of course they charge you full price for this "service". Avoid if you can.

----- UpdateHarping on Adobe's deceitful and confusing user experience again, this time for a new reason lol. How does a $129 billion dollar company still not clearly display their plan pricing options?I decided to change my plan. When I go through their "change plans" process, I'm only shown the most expensive option. The most cost effect plan and the 2nd most cost effect plans are both hidden from my "available/suggested plans". The only way I'm able to access a full list of alternate plan pricing is by going through their cancelation process or on a separate section on their site. Alternate plan pricing for the exact same service is actively hidden from me. After cycling through their user flows, I will now be saving $50+ per month. How does this not anger your customers?On a positive note, they've updated the part of their user experience where they won't guide you to duplicate your plans for duplicate charges, which was the problem I mentioned previously.------Other customers, learn from my experience!I "upgraded" to a monthly plan that includes all Adobe apps, without realizing that Adobe would continue to charge my previous plan subscription at the same time, so I was actively subscribed to the same app twice. I ended up paying an extra $35 for 5 months ($175 wasted) before realizing; this on top of my $86 'all app' monthly subscription. You do not use 'upgrade' language when you are in fact guiding the user to needlessly duplicate their plans. Support was slow and elusive in my request to cancel current plans. My plans were managed with separate billing methods and separate order histories, which further confused the situation. To remedy my disappointment, support tried to lock me into a year long contract.Your customer acquisition practices appear predatory. I would suggest you unify and clarify your billing practices and don't overcharge customers for duplicate plans. Your customer support need be better trained on how to aptly communicate and quickly diagnose issues.If I am now paying a high monthly premium forever––instead of what was once a one-time purchase––I would expect optimal service. I’ve been a user most of my life. I am very disappointed with the recent service provided.

I don't understand how you offer a product for $14.99 to edit pdfs per month then if you cancel early is a 29.99 cancellation fee. Never heard of any large companies doing this anymore. Really shows how much they believe in there product if they have to put a cancellation fee with there product. It's interesting also how when they send there email about seeing you go they say nothing about the $29.99 cancellation fee will be on your next billing cycle. It's like they want to be sneaky about it. Extremely disappointing i will end up just paying outright for a different pdf editor from a different company then worrying about the poor company standards adobe lives by.

They won't let me cancel my membership due to a "payment issue".They charge me every month with no problem and I have two cards on file. It says to update the card, so I do and I still can't cancel. Just another shady company looking to make cancellation as difficult as possible.
