Best apartment experience, ever!! I've rented many apts over the past 20 yrs and these guys were the best! The maintenance staff, (most recently Sergey was helping me out), are fast, friendly, professional. Any issue I had, they fixed it, and fast! The manager Niko is the best! Awesome to work with from start to finish and everything in between. Small, quiet complex, nice landscaping. I also enjoyed the gated parking structure. Only moving cuz I got married, sad to leave!

To start off, I would like to thank Niko and the guys who did maintenance and took care of the apartment complex. The staff here were always friendly and said hi. I moved to Sacramento for school and could not find a place to live that would accept my student loans as a form of income, but Niko understood the struggle and found no problem with taking me in as a tenant. During my time living here I had no issues with noise, neighbors, or issues with my apartment.I enjoyed how close this was to the city, but also far enough to not hear or experience all the craziness that comes with living in the city. This was a great place to live!

It's highly unlikely that I could've gotten any luckier finding a place for my first time renting than with City Park Apartments. I lived there for nearly a year and a half before a new job took me on the road, and had a very positive experience.Niko and his crew were just amazing. Anytime I had a maintenance request (which wasn't many), they responded quickly and resolved the issue. I would observe in passing how friendly and personable these gentlemen were during brief chats with other residents.Niko manages this apartment complex very well. As previously stated, it was my first time renting. From our initial meetings up until my last day as a tenant, Niko was transparent, patient and just as friendly in every interaction. The location was extremely ideal for my job at the time. It's walking distance from the Golden 1 Center and many of the bars/restaurants on K street. Its two blocks from the courthouse, which includes plenty of law enforcement in the area on weekdays. Its also a 10 minute walk to Cesar Chavez Plaza, where I would take a stroll and grab lunch from the food trucks every Thursday during late spring to early fall. Its not too far from exploring downtown, but also not too close if you get what I'm saying. As for the unit itself, there's not much to complain about. Mine was downstairs, which only provided more shade during those hot summer days. Yes, the upstairs neighbor was loud at times but never to the point where I had pay them a visit or file a complaint. Whenever I had guests over, they complimented the space my unit provided and especially those countertops. This place is kind of a hidden gem in a growing city. When it comes to parking, its first come first serve for those parking on the street. I did that for the first few months, until a parking spot was free within the gated community. Paid parking is worth the price and gives me some peace of mind.Overall, City Park Apartments set the bar high should I need to rent again when I eventually return to Sacramento. My thanks again to Niko and his crew. Pay them a visit if you're looking to rent in this area!

At the price point, probably one of the best options in town and the property Manager Niko is probably the best in California. Seriously that guy is a saint. The apartments themselves are somewhat humble, but have an updated, clean, and welcoming feel to them. The layouts make sense which(as someone who moves A LOT) is sometimes hard to come by. For what you are getting here you're really not going to be disappointed. It's a fairly quiet neighborhood, sometimes there is children laughing or the occasional rummaging of neighbor but that is apartment life. When it comes to apartment complexes there are not a lot of hidden gems out there, but this is surely one of them.

My wife and I absolutely love our complex. Niko, Sergey and Julius do a great job of making all residents feel welcome, and are super attentive. We’ve lived here a year and a half and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Units are all updated and well built.
