My favorite Trulieve location. The wait is always minimal and great sales. The staff is friendly and helpful. I always order online and my orders are always packaged in a timely manner and ready for me to pick up. Great job staff!!

Placed an order for delivery at 2:00 pm Friday, delivery time showed an opening for next day delivery. Got a call two hours later saying my order is “cancelled or postponed 4 days till Monday, unless I can pick it up because their truck is full”.Not sure why the website showed the opening, not sure why I wasn’t called right away- at least I could place a delivery through another company and get medicine for the weekend- but the incompetence of the employees guaranteed that I wont have my medicine throughout the weekend; but I will have a nice stomach ache since I cannot go out and get my medicine- and it’s too late to order through another company. Trulieve Hollywood clearly don’t take their patients seriously... no solution, just cancel the order, wait the whole weekend without your medicine or pick it up; which I physically can’t… No compensation offered, absolute joke service….

Never understood how there's only 2 clients in the waiting room. Ive checked in online for an express pickup and yet still have to wait 10 plus mins to get my order. It's this store and sucks it's the closet one to me bummer

Walked-in, my 1st visit about 30mins after I got my #.The front desk set up my new account and inside had my large 1st order filled in about 30 mins.Staff was very helpful and the new buyer program is amazing.

The worst wait you can ever experience. Having a pick up order makes absolutely no difference. It's embrassing as a business that something so simple that has been done by every other dispensary can't be done here. It's sad. If your in a hurry and don't want to wait 45 minutes for a pen DO NOT COME HERE. ITS A JOKE. Everything It's a crazy wait. Everyone I know that has been here says the wait is ridiculous. 1 person in lobby will still cost you 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
