Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Garcia's Kitchen for catering our family members funeral reception. It was such a large order, but everything was fresh, hot and delicious. A special thanks to the young men that helped load the food for us and were so kind. If I could leave 6 stars I would! Thank you again.

Tried reaching out to receive a refund and call back. Management did not respond. Garcia's has jacked up their prices, but the service has rapidly declined. Like a previous customer said below, there is always something missing with the order. I had this happen recently, also the prices on the menu do not match the amount charged on the receipt. I also had extremely rude employees at our last visit. They avoided opening the window to help me after they gave our food to us. We needed straws still and I could see them laughing pretending we were not there. It took about 5 minutes and even after having to do the dreaded honk, they turned and laughed still avoiding us. So rude. No standards or courtesy to return a call. Garcia's is not worth it anymore, a rip off and poor service. I gave it one last chance for chicharrones Red chile, and they finally got them right! The lady who took my order was very friendly. We stopped going to San Mateo, because they were never crispy and more like soft carnitas when you ordered them, slow service, they never had to go tortillas in the evening and the drive thru was also always slow. We started going to Indian school 6 months ago, because the chicharrones were done correctly, red chile on point, friendly staff and drive thru was faster. Hopefully, it keeps up here because I live nearby.

We went there today, Saturday, around 1PM in case management sees this. I got a carnitas breakfast burrito smothered in green, husband got the Carne adovada breakfast burrito smothered in red and some red chile cheese fries. The food was absolutely delicious! The guy at the window seemed quite friendly and the chile was excellent!

Solid, fast New Mexican food- burritos, fajitas, etc. Friendly staff. The dining area was a bit cold in the winter (and it’s clearly more drive-through focused), but the food was a good, simple take on some classics, and great portions!
