Quick cleaning services but not good for alterations.I brought a pair of pants in to be hemmed, all that they did was sewed them shorter... nothing was trimmed (cut) off the pants and have a ring of loose fabric on the inside of the pant leg. Plus they changed me the full hem charge. Now I have to spend more time and money to take to another place be done right. OK for cleaning, NOT for alterations.

They are very nice and reasonablely priced. I dropped off my clothes 10 AM and picked up at 2PM. Highly recommended

I had been going to Express Cleaners 2-3 times per month for the last twelve years and I wish I had taken the time to write a review before now because they used to be awesome. They did a fantastic job and knew me and my wife by name. They never had any issue with a two day turn around and would often do it in less if I was in a bind. Unfortunately, there seems to have been a change in management. I’ve been seeing a lot of new faces and the customer service has dropped off dramatically. I brought in 3 shirts and 1 pair of pants on a Thursday at 4pm and asked if they could be done by noon Saturday. That is a 44 hour turn around. Under the old management that would have been no problem and I didn’t think it would be a problem for the new management considering their sign says same day service. However, all he could say is they would “do their best” to have it by 3 pm Saturday but he couldn’t guarantee it. When I pushed for a noon Saturday guarantee he got a little rude so I told him after 12 years I would no longer be a customer. I had moved out of the neighborhood 8 years ago and would drive by dozens of dry cleaners to go to Express Cleaners because they were always so good, but not any more. I’m giving them 3 stars because they were so good in the past, but today was definitely a 1 star experience.

This is a great Dry Cleaner. They are professional, kind, provide great service and an awesome finished product. Great layout and room for alterations. I highly recommend this business.
