I came today around 8:24pm this black that was supposed to be at the drive through was on a dark navy blue car work there was outside smoking weed and telling people they not taking orders and this been going for two weeks now no food at a restaurant why are they open if you can't buy food nobody never answers the drive through intercom with people inside someone should get ahold of corporate to resolve this matter ASAP definitely will never come back to this location

Poor quality of food, poor restaurant atmosphere and even more appalling customer service. With about 6 people on the shift at 10 pm, the service was so slow with the store associates chatting and laughing away instead of attending to the customs. They even had a nasty smelling trash can with trash in it sitting on the floor in the middle of the store..It's a case of what more can I do wrong to keep customers out of the store! 🤢Placed the order on the app and it took forever to get the food. Too slow for the "fast food" option!I would recommend staying away from this Taco Bell location for food hygiene reasons! 👎

I was at this Taco Bell at 23:55 on 03/30/2024 to order a take-out from a drive-thru. The drive-thru was jam-packed, and it took me 20 minutes to get to the ordering window. I was empathizing with the workers and was wondering how overloaded they must be making all the orders. The guy who took my order misheard one of the items on my order. When I paid and was handed the receipt, I made sure to let him know that one of the items was not what I asked for. He was very courteous about it and added to my order what I really wanted. When I was handed the order, I checked to see that I was given 5 items instead of 4 that I ordered. They probably also added the mistaken item to my order and didn't charge me for it. I felt bad about taking more than I paid for. No complaints until this point.20 minutes later, I reached home and unpacked my order to find poorly packed items. See the photos below. I completely understand the pressure that the workers were working under. However, I am very disappointed in the quality that they packed my food in. I was in no hurry and would have waited another 5 minutes if that were what it took to properly make my food. To the person who made and packed my order, I am sorry that you had to work so fast under the circumstances, but please do not compromise the quality of your work.

Rimmy or whatever her name is very rude! Every time I was ordering she kept making annoying noises & said “pull up to the window” very rudely! I would not recommend going here because of her! If you don’t have patience or don’t know how to treat customer service then I recommend you to do more training!

I ordered:1 Stacker2 Double Stacked Tacos1 Crispanada Box w/ a medium Mtn Dew Baja Blast with no ice and received instead:Nachos instead of cinnamon twists, a medium Baja Blast with ice, a random Doritos Locos Taco, 2 unidentifiable tacos (not a clue what they were), a poorly made chalupa, and a beefy 5 layer burrito.I paid $17 and am disappointed ☹️
